Jennifer (DeLuca) Beauchamp led the Sales and Marketing Team at Village Retirement Communities (VRC) to unprecedented success before the company sold nine of its ten communities in CT, MA, and RI. Now, at The Village at Waterman Lake, Jen focuses her attention on managing the Marketing and Sales Team, the Activities Department, the Front Desk Team, and most recently has assumed management of the Courtyard Housekeeping Team, while continuing to oversee the development of advertising and collateral materials, public relations, marketing and major events open to the public.

Jen began her career in the VRC Marketing and Communications Department in 1998. She rose rapidly through the ranks, holding nearly every position in the department along the way, including Marketing Assistant, Special Events Coordinator, Retirement Counselor, Director of Public Relations, Marketing Director and Regional Director of Sales and Marketing.

Jen lives in Smithfield with her husband, David and their three daughters, Eden and twins Maggie and Tess.
