Beth Flynn

Retirement Counselor

For over two decades, Beth has pursued her career in senior living with energy, compassion, and attention to detail. Beth originally joined The Village when she was just a teenager, as a member of The Chalet waitstaff. She then moved into The Village’s corporate marketing department and helped to open and fill nine Village communities before their sale to BAL in 2004. Beth returns to us now, nearly 15 years later, having made her mark in the senior living industry as a compassionate and hardworking resident advocate and admissions director. We are thrilled to welcome her back to The Village family, where she has eased seamlessly into her position as a Retirement Counselor, supporting and assisting both residents and families along the move-in process.

Beth brings to her work a unique combination of genuine empathy and endearing humor. “I love helping seniors and families find solutions,” she says. Prospective residents will find Beth to be a supportive partner in the process of discovery and decision-making about what The Village lifestyle offers.

Beth graduated from Rhode Island College with a degree in business and marketing. A Rhode Island Native, she has lived in communities on and around Waterman Lake essentially for her entire life. She now resides in Sterling, Connecticut, with her husband Billy and their daughter, Lillian, born in 2011.
