Heather Rickett manages a fantastic and hardworking nursing team on the Atrium Unit at The Village at Waterman Lake. Dedicated to providing compassionate and quality care to all residents, Heather works closely with the residents and their families, medical and other disciplines to advocate and ensure the best care possible. 

Heather began her career at  Oakland Grove as a Certified Nurse Assistant,  where she served for 17 years. Among the positions she held are Unit Manager,  Long Term Care Nurse and Infection Control Prevention and Wound Nurse. 

For several years during that time she also worked at Beacon Hospice as a Hospice RN. 

A lifelong resident of Rhode Island, Heather grew up in Cumberland and now is resides in Woonsocket. Married for over two decades, she and her husband, David, have two children, David Jr. and Caylin.
