Cecilia Croce, RN, DNS
Cecilia Croce began her nursing career in 1996 as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at The Village at Waterman Lake. Through dedication and hard work, she advanced to the roles of Certified Medication Technician (CMT) and Supervisor, serving in those positions until 2002. During her time at the Village, Cecilia attended St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing, where she earned her Diploma in Registered Nursing in 2002.
After obtaining her RN diploma, Cecilia continued to grow professionally by joining Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. There, she gained extensive clinical knowledge and experience working as a floor nurse on both the medical-surgical and post-surgical units. She remained at Fatima Hospital until November 2025, developing strong leadership, patient care, and clinical skills throughout her tenure.
In November 2025, Cecilia returned to The Village at Waterman Lake to serve as Director of Nurses, bringing with her decades of healthcare experience, leadership, and a continued passion for providing compassionate, high-quality patient care.
