As Director of Program Development, John Dionne helps support the programs that The Village sponsors out in the community while helping us develop new community oriented programs both on and off the campus.
Among his many responsibilities, John works alongside Susan Bayley to promote our innovative and well-attended BoneBuilders classes, of which we are exclusive and passionate sponsors. Our hope is to establish BoneBuilders classes throughout Rhode Island, and John is leading this initiative, while acting as liaison to other groups and organizations looking to partner on senior-minded initiatives.

John will also support ongoing programs including Chef in the Community and Knitting for Newborns.

John joined The Village maintenance team in 2011 and has been pursuing his degree in business administration during that time. In 2015 he moved up to Program Development and was appointed Director in 2016.
