Jessica assumed the position of Village Senior Accountant in March of 2020, crowning her career with The Village at Waterman Lake that began in 1995 with her first job when she was still in high school. Recruited by her predecessor, Roberta Burley, Jessica advanced through the company as it grew from the groundbreaking in 1990 to the current day. Jess moved from housekeeping into administrative positions, helping to open The Village at Elmhurst, managing the front desk in The Courtyard, then rising through the accounting office as The Village opened 10 properties in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Jess advanced to Assistant Accountant when The Village sold nine properties in 2004, retaining The Village at Waterman Lake. She now assumes all accounting responsibilities for the Village, including financial relations with residents, families and employees.

“Roberta has been my mentor, personally and professionally,” says Jess.
“I love the Village; I could never imagine working anywhere else.”

A lifelong Rhode Islander, Jessica resides in Glocester.
