Adriana Casale

Assistant Director of Nursing, Lodge

A Registered Nurse for sixteen years, Adriana boasts more than a decade of leadership experience, having served as both Assistant Director of Nursing and Head of Infection Prevention and Control at Roberts Health Center in North Kingstown. Adriana has been devoted to enhancing long-term care in Rhode Island since 2008, contributing to the community through educational lectures and programs on antibiotic stewardship and infection control practices. Among her many professional accolades, Adriana was instrumental in earning her previous facility the Rhode Island Healthcare Association’s (RIHCA) Annual Quality Improvement Award three times and Bronze recognition in the prestigious American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living’s (AHCA/NCAL) Quality Award.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, she enjoys outdoor activities and shares her life with her dog Sam, affectionately nicknamed “Pig.” A Cranston native, Adriana currently resides in North Kingstown, where she remains passionately involved in her local community.

Adriana assists Director of Nursing, Cindy Donahue, in leading our award-winning Lodge nursing team, and supporting them in their delivery of first-class health services to our residents in that building.
